Leah Middendorf, NP-C
Leah is a graduate of Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. Leah is a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nursing experience in oncology, cardiology, family practice and pulmonary/critical care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society of Nursing.
